Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) is transitioning from explorer to producer and our Youanmi Gold Project is gaining attention as one of Western Australia’s emerging high-grade gold developments.
The Project is advancing rapidly following completion of our Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), successful equity funding and first underground portal fired in late 2025. Youanmi is fully funded through to production, with first gold to be poured in mid-2027.
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to support our Youanmi Gold Project in WA’s midwest. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this full-time role will support operational readiness, commissioning, ramp-up and ongoing processing plant operations. You will develop maintenance plans and schedules, administer Pronto CMMS, maintain asset data and help deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our Maintenance Planner, you will:
- Build and maintain Pronto CMMS asset hierarchies, BOM’s, equipment registers and other maintenance master datasets
- Implement preventive maintenance tasks and job plans
- Maintain statutory inspection schedules, registered plant records and controlled technical documents
- Develop job plans covering labour, materials, tooling, permits, isolations, safety controls and duration
- Develop maintenance plans into weekly and fortnightly schedules in consultation with maintenance, processing and supply teams
- Develop shutdown schedules, coordinating work scopes, resources, materials and plant access
- Review work requests, manage backlog and ensure jobs are ready for scheduling
- Coordinate parts, consumables, tooling, specialist services and cost coding
- Monitor schedule compliance, work-order quality and preventive maintenance performance, using feedback to improve plans and data
ABOUT YOU
- Maintenance planning and scheduling experience in fixed-plant mineral processing
- Trade certificate, diploma or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field
- Strong Pronto or comparable CMMS skills across master data, preventive maintenance, bills of materials, work orders and reporting
- Proven ability to develop quality job plans and achievable weekly and shutdown schedules
- Knowledge of statutory inspections, registered plant, backlog control, materials coordination and cost coding
- Strong safety awareness and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance reporting
- Valid Western Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence
- Organised, practical and collaborative; greenfield commissioning and ramp-up experience is highly regarded
